Sublimation
Sublimation prints dye into polyester-coated surfaces so the image becomes part of the product — vivid tumblers, apparel blanks, banners, and photo-ready gifts. Fixed presets: 20 oz skinny tumbler $25, 8×10 sublimated photo $15, mousepad $15, business cards $2 apiece, koozies $100 per pack of 20 or $7 apiece. Custom / general sublimation is quoted on order.
What it is
We print designs with sublimation inks and heat-press them into compatible substrates. The result is smooth — no thick vinyl edge on the art itself.
Best for full-color photos, gradients, and detailed illustrations that engraving or single-color vinyl can’t match.
Pairs well with custom graphics: design once, press onto drinkware, shirts, and soft goods for a cohesive drop.
Why people choose it
- Color range is huge compared to engraving or basic vinyl.
- On proper substrates, images resist peeling because they aren’t sitting on top as a thick film.
- Ideal for gifts, team merch, memorial pieces, and brand merch that needs photography or complex art.
Materials & substrates
- Polyester apparel blanks and poly-coated soft goods
- Sublimation-ready tumblers, mugs, and drinkware
- Coated aluminum and hardboard panels
- Mousepads, keychains, and novelty blanks
- Banner / fabric materials rated for dye-sub
- Note: 100% cotton and uncoated ceramics generally aren’t compatible without special coatings

Care tips

- Apparel: wash inside-out cold; avoid high-heat dryers that can stress prints over time.
- Hard panels: wipe with soft cloth; skip abrasives.
- Don’t use harsh solvents on printed surfaces.
