Prefer the order form?Common questions
How do I start a project?
Use the Custom Order form with as much detail as you can — service type, quantity, size, material, deadline, and files. You can also call Austin or Heather using the numbers on this page.
Do you offer rush jobs?
Sometimes, depending on queue and materials on hand. Mark your hard deadline on the order form and call out that it’s rush in the notes. Rush fees may apply.
What file types work best?
Vectors (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) for logos and cut/engrave work. High-resolution PNG/JPG for photos and sublimation. The order form accepts those plus WEBP.
Can you design something from scratch?
Yes — that’s our Custom Graphics lane. We’ll scope revisions and deliverables before deep design work starts.
Do you ship?
Shipping can be arranged once your real shop address and carrier preferences are set. Local pickup is often simplest for fragile or oversized pieces — note your preference in the order notes.
Are quotes free?
Straightforward jobs usually get a clear estimate after we see specs and files. Complex custom graphics or uncertain materials may need a short discovery pass first.
What if I need multiple services on one order?
Select every service that applies on the form (for example graphics + vinyl + tumblers). We’ll treat it as one project with coordinated files.
Who should I call?
Either Austin or Heather — both numbers are listed above. Reach out to whoever is easiest; they’ll get your project moving.
